RO Plant (Reverse Osmosis)

Remove dissolved salts and impurities with membrane filtration.

What it is

A Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant removes dissolved salts, hardness and other impurities by pushing water through a fine membrane under high pressure.

RO plants are compact, modular and scalable, so capacity can grow as your requirement grows. They are used for drinking water, kitchens, industries and commercial buildings.

How it works

  1. Pre-treatmentFilters and antiscalant dosing protect the membranes from dirt and scaling.
  2. High-pressure pumpingA pump raises the pressure so water can pass through the membrane.
  3. Membrane separationWater passes through the RO membrane while dissolved salts and impurities are held back.
  4. Pure water collectionPurified water is collected, and the concentrated reject stream is drained away separately.
  5. Storage and supplyTreated water is stored and supplied to the point of use.
